Alliance Construction Solutions Pty Ltd, trading as Alliance Construction Solutions or ACS is a construction management company based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in commercial and industrial construction projects.

Quality Management Policy

The primary objective of Alliance Construction Solutions is to obtain and maintain a leading position and authority in the design and construction of commercial and industrial construction space.

Understanding our customer needs and expectations and providing products and services that consistently meet those needs and expectations whilst complying with statutory and regulatory requirements will achieve this primary objective.

Associated with this objective is the recognition that our customers expect these products and services to be supplied to acceptable levels of quality, at a competitive price and within an agreed time period.

To ensure these requirements are achieved the company is committed to the development, implementation and maintenance of a Business Management System that, as a minimum, meets the requirements of the internationally recognised Quality Management Systems.

An effective Business Management System will ensure that:

  • ACS understands our client’s needs;

  • ACS consults with clients to develop their needs;

  • high standards of product quality are maintained;

  • we train employees to be effective in their processes;

  • we establish and maintain standards;

  • we establish and maintain a continual improvement work environment;

  • we provide a framework for the regular review of objectives;

  • requirements are communicated to and understood at all levels in the organisation; and

  • our operations are regularly reviewed for continuing suitability and effectiveness.

Environmental Management Policy

Alliance Construction Solutions understands that our activities have the potential to interact with the environment and aim to minimise these interactions by integrating environmental considerations across all aspects of our business.

ACS also recognises the requirement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing protection of the environment.

Sustainable construction practice is an integral part of our business. We will maintain and enhance this by:

  • Establishing Environmental Management Systems for the identification, classification, assessment and review of all issues relating to environmental management;

  • Continuously improving our services by setting measurable goals, providing/supporting ongoing training and constantly monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the management system;

  • Provide services that meet or exceed relevant statutory legislation, industry guidelines, appropriate Australian Standards and applicable contracts;

  • Minimising adverse impacts from our activities on the environment, and requiring our sub-contractors to do the same;

  • Identifying specific environmental risks that could occur as part of a project and implementing measurable objectives and targets to minimise this risk;

  • Requiring each sub-contractor to provide a Work Method Statement documenting consideration of their potential to cause adverse impact on the environment, and methods to minimise this risk;

  • Promoting environmental awareness throughout our Company and our alliance partners through regular training;

  • Requiring each person working on a project to be informed of and aware of their role in relation to environmental protection, and methods to reduce environmental risk;

  • Identifying best practice environmental management procedures; and

  • Promoting waste, water and energy reduction measures to our customers during the design and construction phases;

  • Implement site specific Environmental Management Plans;

  • Maintaining effective communication and/or training to our employees, contractors, clients and visitors to ensure that environmental management practices are undertaken.

We require our management, staff and alliance partners to comply with this Environmental Policy, and will provide adequate resources to implement, maintain, review and improve this Policy on a regular basis.

Workplace Health & Safety Policy

The Director and senior management of Alliance Construction Solutions Pty Ltd, recognises the importance of providing a safe and healthy work environment to all workers and those who may be affected by our business undertakings.

Alliance Construction Solutions will manage all health and safety risks in the workplace so far as reasonably practicable by:

  • Providing processes and systems for the identification, classification, assessment and review of all issues in relation to the management of health and safety risks in the workplace;

  • Establishing a safety culture that encourages all incidents and hazards are promptly reported, investigated where appropriate and control measures are put in place to mitigate or minimise the chance of a repeat event;

  • Maintaining and promoting a safety culture that encourages workers to proactively manage health and safety risks through consultation, education, instruction, information, cooperation, coordination and supervision;

  • Ensuring that our Work Health & Safety Management Systems satisfies strict standards;

  • Provide adequate human and time resources to ensure the effectiveness of systems and processes;

  • Provide systems and work practices that meet or exceed relevant statutory legislation, industry guidelines, and applicable codes of practice;

  • Stay current with relevant health and safety legislative obligations to achieve and maintain compliance;

  • Continuously improve our systems by setting measurable goals and constant monitoring to maintain the effectiveness of the management system;

  • Ensure the management and employees of Alliance Construction Solutions is committed to this Work Health and Safety Policy.

  • All workers are expected to know their responsibility to take care of the health and safety of themselves and others and comply with all Alliance Construction Solutions Pty Ltd WH&S policies and procedures.
